Lassen falls to Sierra College

On Friday March 17th Lassen Cougars took on Sierra College in Rocklin, CA. Lassen dropped the contest 0-5 after being out of the sand for four weeks while battling a terrible winter season.  The Cougars did see each doubles team compete hard: Josie Booth and Taylore Somerville pushing a set to 18-21, Katelyn Sanchez and Molly Zimmerman taking a set to 16-21, Abigail Racca and Jasmine Churchill going to 19-21, and Cayton White and Hannah McLauchlin losing a tough one17-21. “While we did lose the match, it was a beautiful day and such a nice change of pace to what the winter had brought to us. It was so nice to be outside, and we enjoyed every minute of it,” said Coach Morris.
