Dechambeau and Platz Earn All-Conference Honors, Advance to NorCal Championships

Lassen College beach volleyball players Ruby Dechambeau and Lucy Platz capped off an outstanding season by qualifying for the 3C2A NorCal Regional Championships, an accomplishment that also earned the pair All-Conference honors.

The Cougar duo emerged as one of the top pairs in the conference throughout the season, consistently competing at a high level and helping elevate Lassen beach volleyball on the regional stage. Their qualification for the NorCal Championships placed them among the best pairs in Northern California and marked a major achievement for the program.

Dechambeau and Platz showcased strong chemistry, competitiveness, and resilience throughout the year while battling against many of the top programs in the state. Their success reflected the continued growth of Lassen’s beach volleyball program and the work put in throughout the season.

Earning both All-Conference recognition and a trip to the NorCal Regional Championships capped off a memorable season for the Cougar pair and added another postseason accomplishment to a strong year for Lassen athletics.
