Three Cougars Earn All-Conference Honors

The Lassen College women’s basketball program was well represented in the Golden Valley Conference postseason awards, with three Cougars earning recognition for their performance and impact throughout conference play.

Sophomore guard Meiyah Oats was named All-Conference, highlighting her consistent scoring ability and leadership on the floor. Oats provided offensive production night in and night out and competed on both ends, establishing herself as one of the top players in the GVC.

Miliani Crosno earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors after a strong all-around season. Crosno was a steady presence in the paint, contributing scoring, rebounding, and toughness throughout the year. Fellow Cougar Alizah Lara also received Honorable Mention recognition, rewarding her perimeter scoring, defensive effort, and overall competitiveness in conference play.

The recognition reflects the hard work and commitment of these student-athletes and represents continued progress for the Cougar women’s basketball program.
