Cougars grapple in Modesto

This week was rough for the Cougars, coming off a week's layoff between matches. Lassen had some athletes make some strides but still have some work to do. The Cougars were a little rusty, but it's still early in the season, and they expect to peak at the right time when it counts.

"Everything before regionals is just practice. We need to keep improving over the next two and a half months. Just need to get better every week," said head coach Lonnie Nalls
